❌ What Doesn’t Count:
- Missing sessions without letting us know
- Not logging anything in the app
- Not following your nutrition or training guidance
- Saying “I was busy” or “I lost motivation”

You have 7 days after Day 49 to request a refund. After that, it’s locked in.

If you’ve genuinely done the work, we’ll sort the refund within 7 days. No hard feelings.
🚑 Injury or Illness?
Life happens. If you’re injured or unwell and can’t complete the 49 days, we’ll transfer your place to a future TRF49 start date, as long as:
- You give us at least 48 hours' notice
- You provide a valid medical certificate
We do not roll over places for holidays, motivation dips, or general “life got busy” moments. Your health is our priority — but commitment is part of the deal.

⚠️ Exercise Disclaimer
By joining TRF49, you confirm that you are physically able to take part in structured exercise.
You understand that:
- All exercise carries some risk of injury
- It’s your responsibility to inform us of any injuries, conditions, or limitations before starting
- You should stop any movement that causes pain or discomfort and check in with your coach or a medical professional
We’ll guide you safely, but your body = your responsibility.

We collect personal data to deliver your TRF49 programme and communicate with you. This includes your contact info, health info, and progress tracking via our coaching app.
We do not sell or share your data. Ever.

💳 Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on TRF49. Payment is non-refundable except under the conditions outlined above (refund guarantee or injury with medical note).
Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full — no pauses or cancellations mid-programme.

Every client is different. Your results depend on your effort, lifestyle, and consistency. TRF49 gives you the tools, coaching, and accountability — but we cannot guarantee specific results (weight loss, muscle gain, etc.). That part is up to you.
📃 Intellectual Property
All TRF49 content — including videos, written materials, templates, and resources — is for your personal use only. Sharing, copying, or distributing our content without permission is not allowed. Be cool. Don’t steal our stuff.
⏰ Late Start & No Show Policy
Your 49-day programme starts from your confirmed intake date. If you miss the start without notifying us, we can’t roll you into the next group. If you ghost completely, you forfeit your place. Communication is key — we’ll always work with you, but only if you show up.
⚠️ Medical Waiver
By joining TRF49, you accept full responsibility for your participation. You agree not to hold TRF49, its coaches, or partners liable for any injuries, conditions, or losses that may occur.
